When you interact with SaiphIA's Facebook or Instagram pages, we collect the following data:
We do not access your private profile, your friends list or your contacts.
You have two ways to submit a data deletion request:
Send an email to pgirardin@saiphia.ca with:
Send the word "DELETE" as a private message (DM) directly to our Facebook or Instagram page. We will handle your request and process it within the timeframe indicated below.
Your request will be processed within a maximum of 30 days of receipt. A deletion confirmation will be sent to you once the operation is complete.
In accordance with Quebec's Bill 25 and Meta's policies, all your conversational data associated with your identifier will be securely and irreversibly destroyed.
